Vaucluse Residence Gets the Stucco Treatment
The skilled artisans at Di Emme have been giving a palatial private residence in Vaucluse in Sydney’s eastern suburbs the stucco treatment. The project designer specified the colours and textures, and Di Emme produced samples for approval before commencing the massive task of applying standard polished plaster on the walls and ceilings throughout the main residence. A contemporary microcement was utilised in select areas.
The project designer specified bold-coloured stucco and tinted microcement.
Decorative finishes have long been a mainstay of Di Emme’s work, from restoration projects to innovative custom finishes for private residences, hospitality projects, commercial interiors, retail premises, and public spaces.
Popular finishes include stucco, gilding, rust, antique finishes, marmorino, wood grain, decorative concrete and sponging. Finishes can be applied in the studio or directly on site.
