Art Deco-inspired Statue Lamp DYRSL
Di Emme produced a maquette to demonstrate the scale and style of the sculpture before building a full-size clay model on a steel armature with mesh frame. The model was cast in fibreglass and finished with bronze metal powders
Rose Hill Packet at Parramatta Square
Di Emme worked with Chris Kenyon, representing Walker Corporation, on a replica of the first European boat built in Australia. It was built on a metal armature and the completed vessel had to be cut in two and then rejoined on site.
Wire Mesh Sculpture at West Hotel, Sydney
Suspended from a double-height ceiling, this gold wire mesh sculpture reflects golden light around the reception area of the West Hotel.
Shibori Silk Sculpture at Nu Bambu
Conceived by Paul Kelly and crafted by Di Emme, the sculpture is comprised of an 8-metre wire armature artfully wrapped in custom Shibori-dyed fabric, strategically illuminated to exaggerate the interior frame.

Di Emme worked with Greg Taylor of Curtin Bathgate & Somers to create the COR-TEN steel and glass monument. An accurate maquette enabled the architect, lighting consultant and builder to see the design function in three dimensions.
