Lyric Theatre suspended ceiling

For the redesigned Lyric Theatre, Di Emme worked with Altis Architecture to create a suspended ceiling metalwork comprised of ribbons of brass mesh. Black backing fabric suspended above the mesh, enables the ceiling to act as a huge screen for light and image projections.

Di Emme developed the Altis Architecture concept, created a prototype, and constructed the final 6x10m structure and support frame.
